The latest BMW M6:
Hot on the wheels of the latest BMW M6 comes the all-new M6
Coupé and Convertible, which will cost from £93,795 when it goes on sale in
September.
Feature's of BMW M6 car:
The rear-wheel drive M6 uses BMW's 4.4-litre twin turbocharged V8 petrol
engine and seven-speed M DCT paddle-shift gearbox to accelerate from 0-62mph in
4.2sec (Convertible 4.3sec) and on to a top speed that has been electronically
limited to 155mph. If that's not fast enough, customers can tick the box for
the M Driver's Package, which increases the top speed to 189mph.
Speed of BMW M6 car:
Peak power stands at 552bhp, while the 501lb ft of torque lasts from
1,500-5,750rpm thanks to the combination of those twin turbos, direct fuel
injection, variable valve timing and double Vanos variable camshaft control. As
a result, the new M6 is not only considerably faster than the model it
replaces, but also more economical, returning 28.5mpg on the EU Combined cycle
(Convertible 27.4), with CO2 emissions of 232g/km (Convertible 239g/km). Like
the new M5, the two-plus-two M6 gets an 80-litre fuel tank to improve its
touring range.
Style of BMW M6 car:
Styling upgrades over the standard 6-series include 19in alloy wheels, a
carbon-fibre reinforced plastic roof (the Convertible uses a fabric roof),
wider front wings to cover a front track that has been increased by 30mm, as
well as a deeper front spoiler. At the rear there's a new diffuser and quad
exhaust pipes.
Suspension is by double wishbone up front and a multi link setup at the rear.
Customers can also upgrade the standard brakes with carbon-ceramic discs for
the ultimate in fade-free stopping power.
At the last it’s an amazing experience that drive this car.
